Bauer will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if the event is canceled or rescheduled to a different date or location, or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). Bauer does not offer a refund or exchange for change or mind, your failure to attend the event, or as a result in a change in your personal circumstances.
2. Bauer’s liability in relation to the event, including the cancellation, rescheduling or relocating of an event is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), neither Bauer or the Sponsor (Harvey Norman) will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
4. You agree that Bauer, Harvey Norman (Yoogaly Pty Limited), and their associated entities and partners may contact you with marketing information, promotional offers and surveys unless you select the opt-out option prior to purchasing your ticket.
